Tree Top Trial
well..it's supposed to be an adventourous day, exciting..but IN THE END..it's really very exciting...hehbin von met ling at 8.45am..ready to challenge the tree top trail at macritchie...well..all started well...as we reached Mr Lim Bo Seng's Tombstone. It really looked very nice..after that we continued our hike..i realised ling is also NYHA grade 3..haha...i'm not any better..maybe NYHA grade 2...anyway...we found out that we have to walk 5 km to reach the trail..so we continued...suddenly...we felt droplets...and soon it became MANY droplets..and guess wat..only dear von brought her small red umbrella...and ling only brought her white nike cap...haha...so we got stuck at this junction...3 pathetic people holding a red umbrella hoping that the rain will stop...well...it didn't...sigh...and in the end we had to run out of that place...and the most funny thing is...we saw this sign when we were about to reach Lornie Rd.."Tree Top Trail", 2.5km away, closed on MONDAY and public holidays..oh yes..how interesting..today is 04/04/05 MONDAY! sigh..wat an interesting end to our hike..
in the end von went home and ling had to go to my house to change coz we were all wet...sigh...and we shivered in the bus...sigh...
was talking to ling bout having a cooking session..haha..hopefully wendy is free on wed...=)
wat a day.....
6 more days to Bangalore..oh yeah..so exciting!
