Victorian's Day

Yesterday I hoped down to VJC. Thats where I spent 2 amazing years. And thats the only school I have been to where walking is actually faster thant driving.

It was extremely fun. I met up with Eugene and CH. They are crazy. They are getting more and more involved with all this cyber game shit and all. Eugene is balding ... although I didnt tell him that.

There was this place near the canteen where we registered our names and they gave us a file. Great. It had a VJC car decal. I recently got a SJI car decal. All I need is my primary school's and a medicine one. Full flush.

Hahaha. The 3 of us went into the bookshop to look around. Just then a student in a husky voice entered and called out "Uncle, do you have.."
But dear EUGENE was standing right infront of the shop attendant and he thought he was being addressed. My god. That was hilarious. He was totally dumbfounded!

Met quite a few Victorians who are currently in Med Fac. Whenever we saw each other...the greeting statement was "How come you are not studying patho!".
Teck Siang, Loh Kay Yee, Jin Lin, Chee Yong. Har Jia Yi was also there

The arts people put up some plays in their small new arts studio. That was the most impressive. I think seriously, those were some of the better ones I have seen. I am damn amazed. Each lasted around half an hour. It was good entertainment. Too bad I wasnt exposed to any such thing during my JC days.

1) The first one had the year 3s act out a scene where a current King had unknowingly killed his own father and married his own mother. It was damn damn funny.

2) The second one had 2 of our batch people. Daywne and Sonia (Joyce's friend). They acted out a scene in a cafe. It was about the different paths a conversation can lead to. Meaning...for a particular train of conversation...they came with different scenario. There was a student ringing the bell that required them to change their scenarios. Interesting

3) The last were the year 2s who came with the piece for their year one exam. Not bad. Have a play for the exam! interesting topic. They acted as a set on which an serial was being filmed. Then the studio was intruded by 4 characters who claimed that they had the perfect story. After arguement, they were allowed to act...and in the end we find out...that actually it was their life story. The message was how theatre and real life thread such a thin line...
